Working with The Charles New York as design and UX director to reimagine Alpha's DTC experience, with the main goals being increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and conversion which was achieved in spades.
In addition, We strategize and expand the brand’s new creative look across all digital touch points: Social Media, Paid Ads and Newsletters design.
We encouraged the brand to focus on sales-driven storytelling, as one of their key selling points. We executed this by creating specific landing pages, where each new collection could be purchased and featured in a more editorial experience.
